i was so unimpressed, the staff were about as enthusiastic as a snail and breakfast was a disaster—starting at 8.00 but actually at 8.15, how delightful! i expected a welcome gift for enduring such sloppiness, yet alas, my hopes were dashed. if only the ambiance matched the royal name, but we all know that’s just wishful thinking.
